yeah you'd be suprised how many are left around, as soon as ya get the other side of pt pirie you see the lj50's everywhere! lj20s are the hard ones to come by, im suprised i have as many as i do! up north all the station owners pefer the 2stroke ones as they are easier to work on and cheap. my mate whos parents own a station told me that years ago collectors came up and bought every 2 stroke LJ they came across, that was years ago!!! not many people like the lj80, i am totaly against it. its like the monaro, the true monaro is 2door, then they made a 4 door HX, HZ, HQ, they were jus kingswoods with paint, not a true monaro!
if its not 2 stroke, its nothing

I'd like to see what is under the hood, since it has the hood air intake.
I'd rather be driving my LJ!

3k or 4k toyota corolla engine they're 1200 or 1300 cc cant remember exactly.
I'm pritty sure due to the length there is no intermediate shaft between gearbox and tranfser case.
But it certainly goes pritty good :P

Hi There

Just adding to this thread, i know of a guy in Country NSW (Australia) that has 16 LJ's !!

He has 20's & 50's & 80's and loads of spares. He is a collector though, not really selling them.
