Holy airplanes batman, I just checked on tickets...
I can get a flight Friday, arriving in Tulsa at 9:15 that evening, and return Sunday afternoon, for only $198!

I just may have to think about this...
Hey Smuz, you bringing that big ole 5th wheel? That couch still work?
and I promise I won't complain about your beer, and I won't break Mouser!

Russ: I will be there Friday the 19th around 11:00am, I want to get there early and save a good spot for us.
Steve: I will be bringing the good beer.

So the plans is laid... Thursday night in Indianapolis, Disney as soon as I get there on Friday...
I'm wondering about food... how self contained do I need to be or is there a grocery store around the corner. Or better yet, a place to terrorize for breakfast... or whatever.
Puddle under the Zuk... I hadn't planned on rebuilding the front wheel cyl. (s), but better this week than next.
So give me an idea of the local resources...

This is retirement?

We're right in the middle of town. Stores and resteraunts are no problem.

Yeah there is a great place for breakfast that we all can go terrorize Saturday and or Sunday morning(s).
I pretty much have everything ready for the meet, thank goodness I did this 3 weeks ago since I haven't been home since then.
I will try and have some sort of door prizes, not sure what yet.
I'd rather be driving my LJ!

if you could, that'd be awesome.
the new open has been recovered and padded at some point, and that's some uber-thick padding = puts my legs firmly into the steering wheel

I should have 4 complete sets done (maybe three) before the meet, I'll try and have one set at the meet for anyone that wants to buy a set.

I guess I should leave you alone to work on 'em, eh? I won't be there, but I assume one of those sets is for my LJ10? I gotta rotate the LJ's soon (put the topless LJ10's in the back of the garage for the winter, and the LJ20V in front), and it would be nice to have a seat to sit on!

'Cause I ordered these before you all started planning this meet, and the RHD is without a driver's seat, since I sent everything to Jimny to use as a pattern (LJ10 seats are a little smaller than LJ20 seats).
He also owes me a good steering wheel, the one I have is literally falling apart.

I just ran across a VERY NICE door prize and it is LJ10/20 related. VERY NICE!
Not sure how it will be given away, but I will figure something out by Saturday evening.

Better not be my steering wheel!
I'll be there in spirit, can I get in on this door prize?
(but the way my week is going at work, it'll probably be a lot of spirits, so I may not be conscious by Saturday night!)

...I may not be conscious by Saturday night...
Mmmhhhhh sounds like a good plan!!!
Oh no, you can't be 'in' on the door prize unless you walk through the door (what door?) ok well maybe walk by the tree in front of the camp.

I guess I will have to call it a... Tree Prize
