I don't think so. The ratio is based on the area not just the radius squared. Try it with the area x stoke = volume, comparatively.
The above is my opinion. It is subject (like all my opinions) to debate, disagreement, rude gestures, and loud raspberries.

Volume is area * stroke; area = pi * radius ^ 2

Ratio:

stroke * pi * (15/32)^2
stroke * pi * ( 3/8 )^2

Stroke and pi cancel out, (they are constants), so the ratio is just .46875^2 over .375^2, which equals 1.5625, or 156.25%.

Hmmm. The calculator here in the house agrees with you. The calculator out in the shop must be bad.

Sleepy is done. Pics is took.

I gonna start organizing the pics and writing the crap Monday. Yeah, I'm late. Yeah, I feel really bad about being late.

Not THAT bad.

Get over it.

Believe me when I say that , no one and I mean NO ONE believes that you feel bad about it!

I know how much time it takes to do a write up, my problem is stopping to take pics, when i get started on something I stay on it till it's finished or I am too tired to go on, then I remember about taking pics. TOO LATE!

One problem I found, Jimny, the last pic on page 2 is wrong.

Right after it says: "And here’s our new little beauty bolted on. Don’t it look nice?"

This is the pic that should be there:
