Only 51 days left 'till the NW Meet!
I better clean out the carb on the V...

Update: ONLY 44 DAYS! So who has what left to do on their LJ before the meet? My short list is simply to clean the carb on the V, and make sure it's running good for the meet. If I have time, I'll rhinoline the bed of the LJ81, but at this point, I doubt I'll even have time for that. (Still gotta do brakes/bearings/SJ410 backing plates on my Samurai before Memorial Day!)

Oh yeah, also design t-shirts for the meet, and get both them and the dash plaques made up...

Well, somewhere between framing, drywalling, painting, floors, drinking beer :D etc........I need to have another look, or pull, the tranny in my SJ. Still leaks like a stuck pig. I have a spare if that one is toast.

Hmm, let me think of what i have to do on my LJ yet. New radiator and radiator mounts, clutch, ring and pinions, rear locker and some other small things like side marker lights. Nothing a couple weekends can't take care of!! :D

Welcome back! Haven't seen you in a while.
You asked a while ago if I was bringing my 20v, or my dad's lj10. It looks like mine won't make it, but if we can figure out what the hecks wrong with my dad's, we will be there with his.

Rick,

You won't need a locker - a lot of the LJ's coming are stock.

Kyler,

Wish you guys were closer to me; I could help you get the LJ10 going! Let me know if I can help at all! Got any trailer space to bring it to the Memorial Day run?

Down to 34 days... I'll be brewing a little "LJ Lager" this weekend...

Haha, I know that I don't "need" a locker, but I already bought one a year ago and was waiting until I got the ring and pinion gears to put it all in at the same time.
For the wheeling I do in my area I need a locker. However, I've wheeled these things stock a lot too and I'm still amazed where they'll go! I can't wait to see some of the older stock ones wheeling with their tiny two stroke engines!

My radiator is leaking really bad so it looks like all the work is going to be done at once on a weekend in the near future.

Y'know......I think I remember sum similar brags from last year. Did I see or taste any supperlative brew? No, I did not. I didn't even see any empty containers. All I heard was sum whining about broke transmissions and being late and NO FREAKING BEER!!!

I'll believe it when I see it.

Will there be Dr. Pepper?
I want some Dr. Pepper.
Fine I'l bring my own Dr. Pepper.
But it would be nice if someone brought Dr. Pepper.
You can never have too much Dr. Pepper.
Will anyone be brewing Dr. Pepper?
Fine I'll brew my own Dr. Pepper.
Wait I dunno how to brew Dr. Pepper.
I'll just buy some Dr. Pepper.

If you want Dr Pepper you better bring it yourself.

In fact bring enough for me too!

Since I have stopped drinking carbonated crap, I don't drink Dr. Pepper any more. But if I did I might need to drink Diet Dr. Pepper, the only diet soda, cola, pop or whatever you want to call it, I can stand.

Russ

And since I don't expect to show up in the Northwest any time soon.....
