Tulsa and Joplin weather forecast looks like High 70's low 80"s for Fri, Sat and Sun. Low/Mid 5's for the nights.

I will bring the tires and my wife can bring her knucks and loaded dice if that will help and you promise not to use them against us. Be advised that she does use pewter knucks cause brass was too heavy.

Free for the taking: If anyone coming to Disney can make use of these I will bring them with me. Two original tires/tubes for LJ20. Solid casing, good tread, LJ was stored in barn but they are weathered. I am going to discard if no one wants them . Let me know.

Thanks Steve, did clean and lubricate the spline (shaft and yoke) U-joints seem ok - ie: no slack and free to move. With the age of the original grease, the probability is that they won't last long.
Any source for the LJ80 stuff?

Fordzuk - Do you have any additional info on the yoke with replaceable u-joints? Anybody - Has anyone taken one of the original u-joints apart ? If so, is there something available aftermarket that would fit if the original LJ yokes were built for replacement type joints? Reasoning - maybe the orig...

Thanks for the info on carb jets. I once took a 250/ 6 cyl. chev. pickup (w/carb.) to Estes Park CO and while going up was passed by real thin people riding bicycles resulting in a double downer for a big bellied Okie.

This will be our first meet. I still have to make a trailer to haul our LJ20. Have gathered axle, wheels tires, fenders, lights and steel to make it out of. Believe I can get started on it in a couple or few weeks. Looking forward to this event.
