Sorry to hear of your trouble, Chris. Maybe cutting up some seat foams might help take your mind of it... :wink:

Agree the fewer the weld seams the better, but forming is much easier in two halves...Glad to hear they're close though :D

.... BTW: One of the seats is finished and it looks very very good. The other one should be Done this coming Saturday. I am using better foam then what Suzuki used, they should feel a lot better. I don't think I will have any kits ready by then, I have to make another set for my LJ20 they are shot....

Now "with belly" (see above). Yeah, I figured the muffler shop can bend some 1.75 od x 0.065 wall tube for the header as needed, stinger too if required...

Just something I'm doing for work, but it reminded of the expansion chamber pic from Japan in this thread. A little tweaking though and we could have some flat patterns....
